Fa\u00e7o saber que a partir da rejei\u00e7\u00e3o do veto total ao Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 163\/2011 de autoria do Vereador Alfredo Santana e eu, Prefeito da Cidade do Recife, nos termos do art. 34, \u00a7 5\u00ba da Lei Org\u00e2nica do Munic\u00edpio, promulgo a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art.1\u00b0. Fica proibido o uso de aparelho celular e equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos nas salas de aulas das escolas municipais e particulares, localizadas na cidade do Recife, exceto aqueles para uso pedag\u00f3gico.
Art.2\u00b0. As escolas dever\u00e3o afixar avisos em local vis\u00edvel nas salas de aula, divulgando aos alunos a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o a que se refere a presente lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art.3\u00b0. Esta lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
